Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic change management professional to join our team as the Change Hub Lead, AMEA - leading a team of change specialists who support S4/O9 Business Unit Change Leads across end-to-end change delivery.
As part of a multiyear transformation journey to support our bold ambition for 2030, MDLZ is undertaking 2 major programs: embracing a state-of-the-art planning system (O9 Solutions) and moving towards SAP S4 HANA, thereby strengthening our digital core.
The Change Hub is a centralized team of junior change specialists who provide standardized, scalable change management delivery support across AMEA business units. As the Hub Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing this team - ensuring consistent ways of working, quality of output, and alignment with BU Change Leads to drive adoption and sustainment across markets.
How you will contribute
Team Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior change specialists, building their capability and confidence in change management delivery
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and create individual development plans for each specialist
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in continuous learning and accountability
- Build change management as a competency within the hub - developing specialists into well-rounded change practitioners over time
- Manage workload allocation and resource planning across BU deployments
Standardization & Quality Assurance
- Define and maintain standardized ways of working, templates, tools, and delivery frameworks for the hub
- Ensure all hub outputs (change plans, impact assessments, communications, training materials, stakeholder analyses) meet a consistent quality bar across business units
- Establish and maintain a hub playbook that codifies best practices, lessons learned, and reusable assets
- Conduct regular quality reviews of specialist deliverables before submission to BU Change Leads
Coordination & Alignment with BU Change Leads
- Act as the single point of accountability for hub delivery - partnering with S4/O9 BU Change Leads to understand their needs and deploy specialist support accordingly
- Ensure specialists are briefed, aligned, and integrated into BU change delivery plans
- Facilitate regular coordination rhythms between the hub and BU Change Leads to manage priorities, dependencies, and capacity
- Escalate risks, blockers, and capacity constraints proactively
Change Delivery Oversight
- Oversee the hub's contribution to end-to-end change delivery including: change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and adoption tracking
- Monitor and report on hub performance metrics - delivery quality, timeliness, stakeholder satisfaction, and specialist development progress
- Drive continuous improvement of hub processes based on feedback from BU Change Leads and programme leadership
- Support the broader change strategy by ensuring hub activities reinforce the principle that change is leader-led
