The Manager of the Contract to Order (C2O) Specialists provides leadership and strategic direction for the C2O team, overseeing the end-to-end contract implementation process within Equifax’s Global Financial System. This role is pivotal in ensuring billing accuracy, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high KPIs by managing a team responsible for contract analysis and audit functions.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop a team of Specialists to ensure accurate contract analysis, interpretation and entry into the Global Financial System.
Oversee the auditing of customer contracts and monitor Salesforce and Finance portal queues to ensure strict adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Billing Operations, Sales, and Legal to optimize the contract-to-order lifecycle and resolve complex error trends.
Monitor and handle suspense transactions. Manage special projects including: application testing, implementation of annual price increases, product migration, Customer data clean up…
Drive initiatives for process optimization and comprehensive performance reporting.
What experience you need
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in billing, contract management, or financial operations within the financial services sector.
Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Demonstrated 3 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing specialists.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
