Job Description

Manager – AI & Automation Development

Lead the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions, from requirements intake through deployment and post‑release optimization.
Oversee the design and implementation of:
- AI/ML solutions (predictive models, NLP, GenAI use cases)
- Intelligent automation (RPA, workflow automation, decision engines)
- AI‑enabled tools integrated into enterprise platforms (e.g., Teams, web apps, internal systems)
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and production‑ready.
Drive reuse of frameworks, components, and standards to accelerate delivery.

Skills Required

Experience leading end-to-end development lifecycle of AI and automation solutions
Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions including predictive models, NLP, and Generative AI use cases
