Sell and renew B2B contracts to French-speaking customers via high-volume outbound calls and emails. Maintain CRM, produce sales forecasts, qualify and convert leads, perform health checks, handle objections and competitive pressures, and collaborate with the sales team and manager to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.

Lead customer-facing technical consulting engagements from discovery through deployment. Design, build, test, and deploy scalable SaaS solutions using APIs, integrations, middleware, automation, and multiple programming languages. Advise customers on architecture and technical tradeoffs, document solution designs, estimate project effort, manage technical delivery, review team architectures, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on enhancements.
