About your team
Corporate Enablers Technology encompasses four distinct portfolios: Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Chief People Officer (CPO), General Counsel (GC), and Corporate Property Services (CPS). We provide the underlying technology for managing for example Fidelity’s core finance, HR, procurement, legal, risk and compliance, statutory reporting, real estate management, global security, and business continuity processes.
About your role
As the Manager Business Analyst within the on Corporate Property Services (CPS) technology team, you will be responsible for end-to-end analysis of complex business requirements and the design of high-quality solutions that align system capabilities, data capabilities, and business objectives. You will play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Technology, and external vendors to ensure effective solution delivery. This role requires a strong blend of business and technical analysis skills, deep understanding of processes and data, and the ability to drive clarity and execution within an agile delivery environment. This role will entail forging close working relationships with our colleagues in Corporate Property Services.
About you
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high impact business analysis across strategic initiatives, translating ambiguous business problems into clear outcomes, prioritised requirements
- Act as the critical bridge between business, product, technology and external partners, ensuring solutions are commercially sound, & technically feasible. Ability to understand a vendor product at pace is key.
- Drive pace and quality in delivery by using AI-enabled analysis techniques, rapid prototyping, process mining, and structured decision making to accelerate discovery, validation, and solution design.
- Drive the end to end requirements lifecycle, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through to solution validation, benefits realisation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Raise the capability of the BA function by coaching colleagues, setting standards for high quality artefacts, challenging weak analysis, and embedding best practice across requirements, process design and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead process discovery and optimisation activity, using process mapping to challenge stakeholders to remove redundant steps, reduce handoffs, improve controls, and create leaner, more effective operating models.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10-12 years of business analysis experience in large or cross-system projects, preferably in financial services.
- Strong BA competencies including process design, BRD creation, rule definition, business modelling, user stories, and data analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL fundamentals, understanding of data structures, validating data logic).
- Experience working within Agile, SAFe, Lean, Six Sigma, or hybrid delivery environments, with adaptability and a continuous‑learning mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence; MS Visio and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to participate in solution design discussions, provide requirement-based analysis, and collaborate closely with Technology teams.
- Experience working with vendors, including managing requirements, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring delivery alignment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system data flows, with the ability to interpret end-to-end data dependencies.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps in requirements, processes, data, or documentation.
- Skilled in facilitating business workshops, driving requirement clarity, scope alignment, shared understanding.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Corporate Property Services or corporate enabler domains.
- Integration analysis experience, such as API design, interface specifications, message flows, and end-to-end process mapping.
- Cloud data migration and data governance exposure.

Skills Required
