Lead technology internal audit strategy and assignments across corporate enabling systems. Responsibilities include risk assessment, audit planning and execution, workpaper review, reporting findings to senior management, validating remediation, and participating in governance forums. Build and operate production-grade data pipelines and AI-ready data foundations for machine learning, LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic workflows. Lead Fidelity International Japan’s digital marketing strategy and execution across web, social media, CRM, analytics, and integrated campaigns. Manage website improvements, content and social channel operations, data-driven optimization, CRM platforms, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with local and global teams. The role requires Japanese fluency, business-level English, strong analytical skills, and experience managing digital marketing projects and initiatives.

Develop and support enterprise data warehouse solutions using Informatica iPaaS, Snowflake, Oracle, Salesforce, APIs, and flat files. Provides second-level application support for mission-critical web, mobile, and API platforms in a financial services environment. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, customer-specific issue resolution, defect testing, technical inquiry triage, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, vendor collaboration, and AWS cloud service maintenance.
