Lead change and transformation for client and account maintenance: analyze impacts, provide operational requirements, support solution design, drive readiness and post-go-live support, collaborate with stakeholders, and support project management activities.

Lead Hong Kong marketing strategy for Wholesale, Institutional and ETF channels, manage integrated campaigns (digital, events, content), build brand visibility, drive client engagement and commercial outcomes, lead local team and agencies, ensure compliance and measure marketing ROI.
