KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing Quarterly financial review reports to MAS pertaining projections.
- Develop/generate the following reports and update the MAS Hyperion systems in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing Annual Budget Report for the Cluster by liaising with departments and collecting data such as Sales, Capacity, Expenses, Manpower, Bank facilities.
- Verify/sign-off purchase orders after investigating reasons for requisitions to facilitate payment.
- Check/Authorize payments through Hexagon and E-Banking system.
- Verify/Sign-off gate passes after inquiring what materials, number of pieces.
- Extract required information for Monthly Financial Reviews and Key Performance Indicators from the Hyperion systems.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- ACMA or ACA or Degree in Finance Management with 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office package.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
