Lead pattern development for intimates: create, verify, grade and update patterns per tech packs; participate in fit sessions; ensure samples meet specifications; coordinate tech pack preparation, costing, sampling and factory engagement; and train and lead junior pattern technologists to meet customer fit and delivery requirements.

Develop and execute the Operational Risk Management and Assurance (ORMA) annual plan, perform assurance engagements and QAIP, monitor internal controls and fraud risk, drive remedial actions, and ensure compliance with methodology and milestones. Influence stakeholders and deliver recommendations to strengthen operational risk and internal audit frameworks.

Support sustainability projects by mapping and surveying pollution and biodiversity at field sites, researching global waste-management best practices, coordinating with government and partners, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with procurement.

Lead development and implementation of autonomation solutions for manufacturing: evaluate opportunities and ROI, design mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/control systems, perform CAD modelling, develop PLC and embedded control code, oversee fabrication, testing and PCB development, manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams, research emerging technologies, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Support industrial engineering activities for apparel production: prepare SMV calculations and tech packs, assist capacity planning, clarify sewing methods, identify process improvements, and help resolve production start-up issues while following standard procedures.

The Executive in Industrial & Systems Engineering will ensure the alignment of the Industrial Engineering function with business requirements, focusing on cost-effective SMV preparation and process improvements for manufacturing feasibility and productivity.

Ensure apparel quality across production by performing size set reviews, inline and final inspections, sample and wash-test tracking, cut kit and top-of-production checks, support audits, update reports, and analyze production data with Power BI to drive continuous improvement.
