Drive continuous improvement in apparel production through time and capacity studies, SMV/GSD analysis, operator skill development and training, line balancing, style changeover management, SOP and 5S compliance, and efficiency tracking to meet production targets.

The Executive - Production is responsible for managing production resources, ensuring targets are met, verifying output, and maintaining communication across teams while adhering to health & safety standards.

Support production and engineering teams by assisting senior engineers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization.

Implement and monitor garment quality systems and audits to meet customer standards. Review specifications, run random inspections, analyze AQL and rework, drive corrective/preventive actions, maintain quality records, coordinate cross-functional compliance, promote SOPs, safety, 5S and continuous improvement across production.

Support production flow improvements, assist with quality and SOP adherence, participate in process problem-solving, and gain exposure to digitization, automation, and production performance monitoring.

Support QA activities on the production floor: perform inspections and audits, maintain records, investigate quality issues, assist CAPA and continuous improvement projects, collect and analyze quality data, and help implement quality management practices.

Support daily and weekly production planning, monitor sewing processes for quality and timeliness, assist IE/work study with issue identification and resolution, prepare for style changeovers, follow 6S and safety guidelines, coordinate basic HR-related team activities, and track production and delivery status.

Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet); post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts with supporting documentation; support year-end audit by investigating and justifying discrepancies.

Drive implementation of MOS/Lean initiatives at the assigned plant: identify and manage cross-functional improvement projects, maintain A3s, allocate resources, track plan vs actuals, form and engage teams, coordinate with central/divisional Lean experts, coach MOS community and belt holders, lead calibration audits, identify gaps and provide training/coaching, and perform related duties as requested.

Support the QA team to ensure first-time-through production, participate in quality meetings and basic problem solving, assist continuous improvement and SOP adherence, help with digitization/automation initiatives, and learn on-the-job from team leads to ensure products meet customer specifications.

Lead continuous improvement and productivity initiatives on the production floor by performing time/capacity studies, SMV analysis, Yamazumi line balancing, enforcing SOPs/5S/Kaizen, managing operator skill development and training, and coordinating style changeovers to meet production targets.

Support end-to-end export and import logistics: coordinate shipments with merchants, forwarders and authorities; prepare export documents for payment and clearance; reconcile transport payments; organize inland transport; handle sea/air freight clearance, re-exports and Letter of Credit shipments to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Monitor and maintain product and process quality to meet customer standards. Ensure First Time Through (FTT), lead fact-based problem solving, coach team and group leaders, collaborate on digitization/autonomation, enforce SOPs/STWs, and develop error-proofing processes based on consumer requirements.

Support industrial engineering team to improve production flow, implement process and technology improvements, monitor production performance and quality, assist with SOPs/STWs, and collaborate on digitization, automation, and cross‑functional operational tasks to meet customer requirements.

Support sourcing and procurement of textile materials, analyze fabric styles and properties, research fabric trends and processes, and assist supply chain operations and vendor coordination while gaining hands-on experience.

Support Lean Enterprise initiatives in the Activewear value stream by driving process compliance, standardization, continuous improvement, data-driven analytics, and executing special projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
