Manage divisional talent development and organization design activities: run L&D cycles, create IDPs, map training to competency frameworks, coordinate budgets/logistics, deliver/train facilitators, manage job descriptions and org structure updates, support succession and mentorship, and ensure Oracle-based program administration and evaluation.

Support marketing team by coordinating internal follow-ups, communicating updates to customers, collaborating with sample rooms and engineers on product development, assisting basic cost calculations, and maintaining data and reports as required.

Assist teams in implementing Operation Simplification on PLM, connect with product and technical teams for system adoption, and support technical projects in Group Operations.

Support the Industrial Engineering team with time studies, SMV updates, line balancing, productivity analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen/5S). Collect and analyze production data, assist capacity and manpower planning, maintain IE documentation, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to implement and monitor process improvements.

Support strategic decision-making through stakeholder engagement, research, and data analysis. Prepare monthly budget and KPI reports, monitor customer complaints, identify variances with HODs, facilitate customer visits, and produce strategic presentations and reports.

Support engineering team with maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, setup, and basic mechanical modifications for apparel manufacturing machinery. Assist preventive and breakdown maintenance, spare-parts identification, documentation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects (5S/Kaizen/Lean) while coordinating with Production and following safety and engineering standards.

Deploy and sustain Lean/MOS practices across the Bodywear value stream, run continuous improvement projects, train stakeholders on MOS, generate implementation reports and visual displays, and evaluate value-stream readiness with process owners to improve productivity and quality.

Support industrial engineering activities for activewear production: assist SMV and costing, time and work studies, line setup, productivity analysis, Yamazumi charts, continuous improvement (Kaizen), data collection, operator skill development, and cross-team collaboration to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Support process reengineering and daily operations in the Bodywear value stream: maintain 5S and visual management, perform daily 5S audits and data tracking, prepare management reports, support MOS calibration, and assist departmental needs using MS Office, Power Apps, and data analytics (Power BI advantageous).

Coordinate post-knit production activities to meet targets and delivery specifications. Create and monitor daily/weekly plans, resolve PTP and quality/technical issues with cross-functional teams, balance lines and operator assignments, enforce safety protocols, attend pre-production meetings, and support technical training follow-up.

Manage a customer portfolio from inquiry/order to dispatch by coordinating with sourcing, planning, production and support teams. Serve as customer contact for product development, ensure on-time delivery, maintain documentation and reporting, support sales & marketing colleagues, and uphold company governance and KPIs.

Support coordination of training initiatives, liaise with training institutes and partners, and research and develop new training programs to support HR development.

Support stakeholders and project teams by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks and documentation, following up on action items, and assisting project coordination and tracking activities.
