The Executive - Sourcing is responsible for procurement, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials, maintaining supplier performance, and managing communication with various stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Support sample and styling operations: prepare QRS cards and style files, ready sample packages per daily plan, print/organize sample tags, and assist with sample dispatch and coordination.

Lead talent management and HR business partnering for Front End teams, align HR strategy with company goals, drive organizational health and succession planning, sustain executive engagement and employer branding, manage budgets and HR reporting for senior management.

Support workplace health, safety, and compliance activities: assist with inspections, audits, incident investigations, recordkeeping, PPE monitoring, training organization, fire safety drills, and compliance data collection and reporting.

Support front-end knitting operations by monitoring shift attendance and safety, communicating production plans, managing changeovers, allocating knitting machines by diameter, and resolving daily production issues to maximize output.

As an Intern in Industrial Engineering, you will conduct process audits, facilitate smooth material and development flow, and analyze activities to reduce wastage.
