Assist in designing training programs for digital transformation, conduct knowledge extraction sessions, and maintain knowledge materials repository.

Support the Plant Lean Enterprise team by assisting Lean/MOS training, implementing lean practices on the shop floor, collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing visual performance tracking, participating in improvement projects, and providing coordination and administrative support.

The role involves directing training and development interventions, assessing employee training needs, and managing training data using the T20 L&D system.

Support HR shared-services by managing employee lifecycle tasks (onboarding, EPF/ETF registration, benefits claims), maintaining accurate personal files and Oracle employee profiles, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.

Provide administrative and operational support including data entry, documentation, record-keeping, meeting notes, basic communications, and assistance on projects and process improvement tasks under supervision.

Lead industrial engineering activities for pre-production and factory integration, optimize layouts and machine utilization, drive automation and lean improvements, ensure tech pack availability and team training, monitor shop-floor abnormalities, and enforce safety and compliance in testing processes.
