What You’ll Do
- Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Vault suite
- Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications
- Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices
- Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
- 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
- Experience in working in customer-facing roles and managing customer expectations
- Ability to quickly understand client requirements and needs and articulate potential solutions
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of multiple clients
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Project Management experience
- Understanding of life science content management principles, types, and taxonomies
- Understanding of life science compliance requirements
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
