Mailroom Letter Inserter
Location: Lexington Ky
Pay: $16.00 per hour training (piece rate in production)– which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Schedule M-F 2:00 pm until daily tasks are completed (Occasional Saturdays/OT possible)
Job Details:
- Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type
- Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations
- Stuff Envelopes for mailing and delivering
- Responsible for maintaining storage of documents in the company warehouse
- Responsible for assisting with pulling documents from specific boxes
- Receive, sort and process mail, packages and supplies as they arrive
- Scanning and operating scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review
- May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must be able to clear a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Some experience working in mail center
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Required to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
