This role will take lead for the east China region all market access projects for all business units. There are 8 provinces in east region, including Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong and Henan. 

  • He/she will lead 4 people team.
  • He/she will work closely with the BU related leaders, leverage resources to drive cross modalities/BUs market access projects through all stages and stretch the team to collaborate with the business teams and achieve the aligned win rate.
  • He/she will actively maintain close and trust relationship with the dynamic government stakeholders, including but not limited to the leadership of the provincial/city Health Commission, Medical Insurance Bureau, Development and reform commission, Bureau of Finance, etc., drive professional influence on the stakeholders and leverage strategic insights to the policy makers.

Basic Qualification

  • Above 12 years working experience on MA or GA role of healthcare industry.
  • Plenty of people leading and management experience.
  • Above formal bachelor’s degree in related majors.

Key Capability 

  • The role has the major accountability in driving the VBP projects cross business units by providing significant influence and professional impact to the policy makers and key external stakeholders.
  • The direct delivery of this role will shape the business strategy in the VBP projects across multiple BUs.
  • The role is expected to have profound understanding of industry policies, especially the VBP related knowledge and information; meanwhile, it is also expected to have deep understanding of the business strategies and BUs, broad insights of the business models, competitors’ landscapes, market intelligence, key products, and pricing strategies, etc.
  • The role needs to lead complex situations during the VBP cases, leveraging cross business units resources and expectations.
