Main Accountabilities
- Develop and implement Government Affairs Plan to shape medical and other business-related policies to position Ferring China in an optimal manner.
- Identify, develop, and drive execution of market access strategies to gain comprehensive reimbursement and accessibility for Ferring’s products to improve the accessibility and affordability of Ferring products, like NRDL, local commercial insurance.
- Support NVBP and GPO by leveraging government resources to maintain and enhance the mature products market performance.
- Interpret policy and make recommendations to local business.
- Provide policy insight and relevant analysis combined with market intelligence for business planning and decision making.
- Fully collaborate and communicate with BUs to leverage regional access policy and support achieving business objectives in target provinces and regions.
- Bachelor’s degree at least, major in Medical, Pharm background is preferable
- Minimum 5-7 year’s solid similar working experience with multinational pharmaceutical company
- Excellent lobbying and policy analysis skills and good communication
- Result-oriented, hands-on, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Bi-lingual capability, Chinese and English, reading and writing is basic.
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
