In this role, you will support the smooth execution of inbound freight processes for local and international distribution centers, warehouses, and customers. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of the supply chain – both in terms of cost optimization, as well as delivery quality and reliability.
This position combines operations, analysis, and communication. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, international logistics environment.
Key responsibilities- Supporting the maintenance and proper handling of customer equipment
- Ensuring smooth flow of goods between warehouses and distribution centers
- Organizing domestic and international transport operations
- Collaborating with suppliers, external warehouses, and internal company departments
- Preparing and analyzing operational reports
- Supporting service processes and managing service requests
- Assisting teams in optimization initiatives and supply chain improvement projects

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 4,900.00 PLN gross to 7,000.00 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
