Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about international logistics? FMC is looking for an EMEA Logistics Assistant to support the seamless execution of road and sea shipments across the region. In this role, you’ll coordinate transport activities, ensure customs compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate Shipments: Manage end-to-end road and sea shipments across EU and non-EU destinations, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
Prepare Documentation: Generate and process shipping documents (e.g., delivery notes, invoices) using SAP and external platforms.
Monitor Logistics Performance: Track shipment status, communication delays, and ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries.
Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with customs team and generate export declarations if needed
Support Daily Operations: Manage the logistics inbox, process invoices, and escalate logistics incidents such as damaged or missing goods.
What You Bring
Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (ADR) and customs.
Proficiency in SAP S4 and MS office (Excel).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
