Job Description- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
- Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
- Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
- Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
- Ensure customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations experience.
- 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
- Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
- Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bilingual English/Korean is a plus
