About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a reliable and dedicated Local Administrator to join our team. This role consists of performing specifically assigned administrative tasks within our local legal entity. These tasks are aimed at providing services to other functional area owners who may not have sufficient local representation. This role will also be required to proactively engage to improve, digitalization and automate daily administrative processes. The right candidate will ensure optimal cross functional efficiency and adhere to the speak-up principles defined in our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE).
What you will do:
- Initiate and execute change improvement for various administration process.
- Support Legal team and BoD meeting, manage Company Seal and Certificates.
- Perform and support for local banks, cross-border payment and Tax payment.
- Manage company credit card application and inquiries, delinquency follow-up as Program Administrator.
- Support T&E, Purchase to Pay, Credit to Cash, Company Control, Treasury, Tax manager, Sales team as local administrations.
- Carry out Records Retention tasks like document archiving, content inventory management, and records retention scheduling.
- Support SOX key control, assessment, survey and audit as local administrators.
- Daily administrative operation with strong mind-set of compliance and Integrity
Expectation:
- Follow the process and latest instructions, speak-up proactively and perform as a gate-keeper of administration.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and guidance, integrating strategic thinking into day-to-day activities.
- Drive change improvement and implementation of administrative processes and enhance process effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement to administrative processes with a focus on streamlined operations and standardization with automation.
- Collaborate, network, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required experience and skills:
- 2+ years minimum experience as an administration professional, preferred finance background and experiences.
- High compliance and integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while dealing with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent and flexible communication skills to support stakeholders as well as team members.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to enhance administrative processes.
- Language : Korean and English mandatory
