Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 30,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds, we're entering a phase of serious scale.
We are looking for a Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be the primary architect of our Marketing Revenue Engine, responsible for translating our SightMap Subscription Lifecycle into a high-velocity HubSpot ecosystem. You won't just strategy-map; you will build the messaging, email templates, and automation logic that turns intent signals into revenue.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and will manage our Demand Generation Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a builder and executor - someone who personally launches campaigns, builds automated workflows, and experiments rapidly, while also leveraging the coordinator to increase output.
What you'll do...
  • Revenue Engine Architecture: Own the end-to-end execution of the SightMap Subscription Lifecycle, converting high-level Miro maps into functional, multi-stage HubSpot workflows.
  • Asset & Logic Creation: Personally build out the "fuel" for our campaigns, including signal-based email templates, CTA logic, and automated nurture paths.
  • AI-Accelerated Output: Use AI as a core teammate to draft, refine, and deploy messaging at a pace that traditional marketing cannot match.
  • Velocity & Iteration: Lead the Demand Generation Coordinator to maintain a "build-measure-learn" cadence, launching weekly experiments to optimize conversion.
  • Signal-Based Marketing: Implement logic that triggers specific campaign assets based on real-time user behavior and third-party intent data.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Integration: Partner closely with RevOps and a potential future Revenue Architect to ensure campaign logic aligns with our technical infrastructure. You'll define the "what" and the "who," collaborating with them on the "how" to ensure our data pipes and automation triggers are seamless.

Requirements
What you offer us...
  • Experience: 4+ years experience in B2B SaaS Growth or Lifecycle Marketing with a heavy emphasis on HubSpot automation and AI-assisted workflows.
  • HubSpot Power User: You have deep marketing and technical proficiency in HubSpot. You should be comfortable building complex logic, not just sending blast emails.
  • The "Builder" DNA: You prefer being "in the tools." You have a track record of building revenue-driving assets (messaging, templates, logic) from scratch.
  • AI Fluency: You have a specific stack of AI tools that you use to accelerate your workflow and increase campaign volume.
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to visualize the triggers, delays, and branching logic required to make strategy work in a CRM or marketing automation tool.

What we offer you...
  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: base salary of $90,000 - $110,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
  • 100% coverage of employee's health, dental and vision insurance with basic plan
  • Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Up to 18 days annually of PTO & 10 holidays per year
  • Dog-friendly office
  • 401(k) match up to 4 percent
  • Annual stipend for personal growth through our Grow475 program
  • On-site amenities including a professional fitness center, flexible & modern workspace, coffee bar, happy hour taps & team member lounge

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
