Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 20,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds, we're entering a phase of serious scale.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to uphold these standards while contributing to a fun and energetic company culture. Implementation Specialists play a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of TouchTour projects. The position requires industry and product expertise, along with the ability to plan, develop, and execute sound project management strategies that meet critical milestones and exceed client expectations. You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and work in a high-collaboration environment, bridging the gap between client vision and technical execution.
What you'll do...
  • Project Orchestration: Create and maintain project schedules and timelines within project management software to ensure critical milestones are met.
  • Resource Coordination: Direct and coordinate the activities of project resources by routing tasks across multiple departments to ensure projects/client requests are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • AI-Enhanced Workflows: Utilize generative AI tools to draft project communications, summarize client meetings, and expedite the creation of project documentation, ensuring consistent tone and clarity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of work by proofreading content, reviewing design, and testing technology prior to launching new products.
  • Intelligent Troubleshooting: Assist clients with daily challenges by being the subject matter expert, providing innovative and scalable solutions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Influence internal and client decision-makers to clear project issues and roadblocks.
  • Strategic Reporting: Maintain project dashboards and status reports to provide project transparency to stakeholders and company leadership.
  • Product Evolution: Work with developers to create new product features based on client feedback, manage the launch process, and provide feedback on new product features.
  • Market Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market, industry core trends, and core technologies, including how emerging AI trends affect the real estate landscape.

Requirements
What you offer us...
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience: at least 1 year of using artificial intelligence tools daily for work responsibilities
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Content Management (CMS), and Project Management Systems.
  • AI Literacy: Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to streamline administrative tasks and draft content.
  • Problem Solving: Adept at solving problems and making succinct decisions under pressure.
  • Tech Savvy: Able to understand new technology platforms and the opportunities/challenges they present, as well as interactive best practices, user experience, and user interface.
  • Client Focus: A drive and passion for generating high levels of client satisfaction and the ability to prioritize requests based on severity.
