Job Summary:

The New Business & Advanced Planning Intern will spend 8 weeks supporting various administrative and project-based assignments, that are designed in providing essential business insights and hands-on experience.
Job Accountabilities:
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Operational and Process Support
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand end‑to‑end New Business and Advanced Planning workflows
- Support day‑to‑day operational tasks
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Research and Analysis
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports using Excel or other tools.
- Support subject matter experts in gathering information for decision-making.
- Administrative Support:
- Help schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes or next steps
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining team documentation and files.
- Training and Onboarding Assistance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support training initiatives.
- Assist with development of training materials and resources.
- Help with research and outlining potential training formats such as pre-recorded and podcasting
- Communication and Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in preparing internal communications and announcements.
- Support the operational team in preparing and conducting in-person and virtual team-building exercises.

- High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
- Rising senior of a four-year university preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, etc

What We Offer:
Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others. The base salary range for this position is $20 – $27. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
