Your Impact 
As our Sales Leader in Poland, you will encourage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and architecture team to reach new heights. You will partner directly with C-suite leaders (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs) to co-create long-term technology roadmaps that tackle real-world business challenges. By uniting our specialist, channel partner, and Customer Experience (CX) teams, you will champion customer-first solutions that accelerate recurring software and services growth. You will foster a culture of continuous learning, data-driven strategy, and creative deal-crafting to expand our market presence and celebrate shared success. 
  
Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical professional experience. 
  • 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 3+ years of direct sales leadership or leading high-performing account teams. 
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets across hardware, software, and services portfolios. 
  • Experience managing executive relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, VP of IT) and leading sophisticated commercial negotiations. 
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and verbal business communication). 

  
Preferred Qualifications 

  • Passion for coaching and mentoring talent, encouraging a growth mindset, curiosity, and an inclusive team culture. 
  • Strong familiarity with Cisco’s multi-architecture portfolio (Networking, Security, Cloud/Data Center, Collaboration) or modern enterprise IT solutions. 
  • Proven experience orchestrating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6 to 18+ months) alongside ecosystem channel partners in Poland or CEE. 
  • Curiosity and learning agility, leveraging data analytics and market insights to uncover new growth opportunities. 
  • Proven success in driving recurring revenue (ARR), subscription transitions, and Enterprise Agreement (EA) adoption.
