Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead & Events Coordinator to join our growing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating events, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities- Manage and track incoming leads through CRM systems
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional activities
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and event performance
- Assist in developing strategies to improve lead conversion rates
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the process
- Previous experience in event coordination, sales support, or lead generation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive salary ($45,000 – $85,000 annually based on experience)
