We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead & Events Coordinator to join our growing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is responsible for managing incoming leads, coordinating events, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Manage and track incoming leads through CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospective clients and schedule appointments
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional activities
  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and event performance
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve lead conversion rates
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the process
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event coordination, sales support, or lead generation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
