About the Role:
The candidate should be a highly driven and structured Project Manager to support the Business Unit in delivering cross-functional strategic initiatives.
This role operates at the intersection of business, data, and operations. The person will work closely with Senior Leadership and multiple functional teams to translate strategic priorities into structured execution and measurable business impact.
The position offers strong executive exposure and the opportunity to contribute directly to performance, alignment, and transformation across the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at Business Unit level.
- Define governance structures, timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution.
- Prepare executive reporting and support senior leadership in decision-making processes.
Business Intelligence & Data Initiatives
- Act as project lead for BI and analytics initiatives.
- Partner with Data/BI teams to translate business needs into actionable use cases.
- Facilitate prioritization and roadmap alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor adoption and business impact of implemented solutions.
Sales Performance & Organizational Development
- Act as BU focal point for initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance and operational effectiveness, partnering with Central Teams
- Coordinate alignment and harmonization of sales incentive and performance management frameworks.
- Support the design and execution of change and transformation initiatives across functions.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and smooth implementation of strategic programs.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Transformation roles.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations in a multi-country environment.
- Exposure to data/analytics-driven initiatives is a strong plus.
