Role OverviewThe Product Leader for Syndication Offerings is responsible for spearheading the development, evolution, and execution of licensing and partnership programs. This role requires strategic collaboration with editorial, product, technology, and partnership teams, as well as engagement with third-party vendors and partners. The Product Leader will play a pivotal role in defining requirements, driving business cases, securing necessary approvals, and ensuring successful program delivery. The position is central to establishing high-value syndication offerings that meet business objectives and deliver positive experiences for all partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams—including editorial, product, technology, and partnerships—to launch and optimize syndication offerings.
- Define clear and actionable program requirements in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive the creation and presentation of business cases to secure internal approvals and resources.
- Execute approved plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality and security standards.
- Establish and monitor success metrics, including deadlines, budget, quality, and security benchmarks.
- Continuously assess and refine offerings based on market trends, partner feedback, and performance data.
- Proven B2B leadership experience, preferably within licensing or content-driven businesses.
- Understanding of licensing models and the dynamics of content partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in matrixed organizational environments, navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience in establishing and scaling new business functions or initiatives.
- Exceptional influence, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to foster alignment across diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Achievement of program milestones and deadlines.

Compensation:
$128,900.00 - $226,050.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
