At Rocketlane, we’re building a world-class PSA platform—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who’s excited about solving real-world problems through thoughtful, intuitive, and scalable design.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Own the end-to-end design process for key areas of the product.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to deeply understand problems and create user-centric solutions.

• Translate ideas into wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation of your designs.

• Help evolve and maintain Rocketlane’s design system for consistency across the platform.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong, collaborative design culture.

• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and design excellence across the company.

• You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in SaaS or B2B tools.

• You bring a portfolio that clearly demonstrates UX thinking, interaction design, and visual finesse.

• You’ve worked on complex enterprise workflows and enjoy designing systems that feel simple, even when they aren’t.

• You’re comfortable with modern design tools like Figma and know how to prototype, iterate, and ship.

• You understand and apply design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

• You communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and can explain design decisions with clarity.

• You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and like taking ownership.

• Experience in the PSA, project management, or operations tooling space is a plus.
