Job Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Design Lead with experience leading and managing a team of designers and a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers.
- Conducting user research and usability testing.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design.
- Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Over 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
