monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organizations work and outpace their competition.
AI Workflows sits at the intersection of deterministic automation and agentic reasoning — workflows that don't just execute steps, they reason through them. Our goal is to give monday's users, technical or not, the depth and power of a dedicated automation platform, wrapped in the design clarity and product craft monday is known for. As Design Lead, you'll own that vision end to end, working as an equal partner to your PM and engineering counterparts, with direct visibility into senior leadership.
