About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual
Assistant to support the client in generating high-quality leads, nurturing
relationships, and booking appointments for speaking engagements. The ideal
candidate is skilled in LinkedIn outreach, online research, and email
campaigns, with the ability to adapt messaging and strategies to different
audience segments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct
targeted lead generation on LinkedIn and through deep internet research to
identify new prospects aligned with Chris’s campaigns and speaking topics.
- Manage
and execute email outreach campaigns using both provided leads and newly
researched contacts.
- Customize
and send outreach messages using existing templates while suggesting
improvements for more effective engagement.
- Book
initial 5-minute phone calls with prospects, and support the process of
securing speaking engagement opportunities.
- Track
outreach activities, maintain organized records of leads, and provide
regular progress updates.
- Collaborate
with Chris to refine messaging strategies and improve campaign
effectiveness.
- Suggest
tools or processes to enhance lead generation efficiency, as current
systems are manual/organic.
Qualifications
- Proven
experience in lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or business development.
- Strong
internet research skills with the ability to identify and verify relevant
leads.
- Familiarity
with email campaigns and prospect nurturing.
- Excellent
written communication skills; able to adapt tone and style to different
audiences.
- Organized,
self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Tech-savvy
and able to recommend tools for lead generation, tracking, and
communication.
Tools & Communication
- Current
tools: Organic/manual methods (open to suggestions from VA).
- Communication:
WhatsApp and Email.
- Meetings:
As scheduled with Chris.
