Space is a warfighting domain. True Anomaly seeks those with the talent and ambition to build the technology that secures it.
OUR MISSION
True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground.
OUR VALUES
- Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity.
- What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results.
- It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together.
YOUR MISSION
This role is the connective tissue that turns a group of talented Facilities experts (Real Estate, Development Planning, Construction, Non-Production Operations, and EHS) into one well-oiled machine. You architect cross-team solutions and anticipate the trade-offs before they surface. You'll wear many hats — part program manager, part systems architect, part diplomat, part project manager — and you'll thrive on it. You shape cross-org alignment and stay calm under pressure, equally at home navigating software selection (given current company-wide software platforms and required Facilities platforms), building consensus across cross-functional lines, and codifying the durable patterns that make that alignment stick. You default to automation, lean on AI wherever it earns its keep, and you're a visible role model for trust and accountability across the org.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own weekly and monthly Facilities reporting, tracking project and program KPIs; accountable for program-level delivery outcomes across the org. Own MBR and QBR content for Executive Leadership, translating multi-stream operational data into clear narratives and decisions. Build reusable, scalable systems and templates that drive consistent workflows across real estate, development planning, construction, real estate, non-production operations, and EHS. Define, implement, and govern the cross-functional standards that bring all Facilities experts into alignment. Drive consensus across partners to determine the best processes for project Finance Approval and intake, automating with AI wherever possible. Run multi-stream systems work across all environments — intake, approval, occupancy planning, and project management — coordinating across teams. Embed security, compliance, and True Anomaly's values seamlessly into every system and standard. Operate autonomously, take on targeted project work as needed, and build toward long-term systems maturity.
