Assembles, integrates, inspects, and tests spacecraft mechanical hardware from development through production. Performs precision fastening, torqueing, bonding, alignment, dimensional inspection, troubleshooting, and environmental test support. Maintains hardware traceability, configuration control, and compliance with cleanroom, ESD, FOD, safety, and contamination-control requirements. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes, tooling, documentation, and production performance.

As a Fluids and Propulsion Technician, you'll assemble, integrate, and test propulsion systems, collaborating with engineering and quality teams for flight readiness.

Lead spacecraft RF communications, ground station coordination, licensing, and regulatory programs. Manage FCC and NOAA applications, RF platform development, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, risks, schedules, subcontractors, and program deliverables. Drive compliance, resolve issues, improve processes, and support operational licensing across national security space missions.

Supports spacecraft production through mechanical assembly, integration, testing, hardware handling, and shop operations. Learns to use tools, interpret drawings and work instructions, document completed work, and follow safety, quality, FOD, ESD, and cleanliness requirements. Cross-trains across mechanical production, spacecraft integration, and test while working under experienced technicians.

Manage industrial security and classified program compliance for SCIF operations. Oversee NISPOM, DoD, and ICD 705 adherence; personnel clearance processes; security training; inspections; incident investigations; corrective actions; and liaison activities with DCSA, SSOs, and government representatives. Support classified program proposals and collaborate with engineering and program teams to implement security measures.

Oversee True Anomaly’s personnel security program, including clearance processing, investigations, reinvestigations, SCI nominations, briefings, debriefings, adverse information reporting, and government-system submissions. Ensure NISPOM and DoD/IC compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement. Partner with DCSA, DoD, IC representatives, Security, HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition while advising leadership on clearance risks and business impacts. Train employees and managers on personnel security obligations.

Leads experiential and event design from strategy and concept through fabrication, installation, and live launch. Defines narratives, user journeys, visual language, spatial expression, and environmental details while directing multidisciplinary teams, agencies, vendors, and production partners. Collaborates with Marketing, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Recruiting, Facilities, and event producers to deliver distinctive experiences within budget and schedule. Participates in site visits and installations and maintains creative quality through execution.

Manages the company’s COMSEC program, serving as COMSEC Custodian and ensuring secure handling, accountability, storage, distribution, and destruction of COMSEC materials and equipment. Develops SOPs, manages incident response and reporting, conducts self-inspections, supports government audits, and resolves corrective actions while maintaining compliance with NSA, DoD, CNSSI, NISPOM, and related regulations.

Lead cross-functional governance, risk, and compliance programs involving CMMC and DoD RMF IL5/IL6. Manage timelines, resources, milestones, KPIs, dashboards, audit readiness, evidence collection, stakeholder alignment, and remediation planning across security, IT, legal, engineering, consultants, executives, and external assessors.

Own third-party vendor risk and cyber supply chain risk programs, including assessments, supplier and component inventories, risk scoring, remediation tracking, C-SCRM controls, and executive reporting. Support enterprise risk management, FAIR-based risk quantification, audit readiness, GRC documentation, and compliance with NIST, CMMC, DFARS, and DoD requirements. Collaborate with procurement, engineering, security, legal, supply chain, and compliance teams in a regulated aerospace and defense environment.

Designs and maintains secure, audit-ready AWS and Azure Government environments. Develops STIGs, remediates vulnerabilities, automates patching and compliance tracking, supports audits, and manages SSPs, POA&Ms, and evidence. Integrates security training, mentors junior staff, and translates DoD RMF, CMMC, and related requirements into technical controls. Productizes and markets GRC capabilities through training, demos, customer collateral, questionnaires, RFP responses, and adoption metrics. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and onsite work.

Lead end-to-end FPGA architecture, development, verification, integration, and on-orbit support for spacecraft systems. Design high-speed interfaces, digital backplanes, payload data buses, FPGA-to-CPU/SoC architectures, and radiation-tolerant logic. Manage verification plans, documentation, milestones, and cross-team delivery while mentoring engineers. Collaborate with avionics, embedded software, hardware, and test teams throughout the product lifecycle from concept through launch.

Own fixed asset accounting and controls across multiple locations. Maintain asset records, record additions and disposals, calculate depreciation, monitor construction-in-progress, reconcile subledgers to the general ledger, prepare reports, coordinate physical inventories and audits, and support capital budgeting, ERP improvements, leases, and government-furnished property accounting. Partner with Facilities, Procurement, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate asset tracking and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.

Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, allocations, fixed assets, prepaids, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation. Improve accounting processes, implement controls and policies, support CAS and government contract accounting, collaborate across teams, and assist with audits. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ownership, problem-solving, and experience with NetSuite and potentially government or aerospace accounting.

Owns nonlabor program costs, cost variance analysis, budgets, forecasts, and end-to-end inventory accounting. Establishes cost controls, reconciliations, and scalable accounting processes; ensures GAAP, CAS, FAR, and DCAA compliance. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management, supports financial reporting and audits, and improves cost flows and close-cycle efficiency.

Leads the strategic design and build-out of manufacturing facilities and production environments. Partners with production engineering, architects, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to develop layouts, infrastructure requirements, facility standards, and master plans. Owns facilities scope from concept through commissioning while optimizing flexibility, cost, throughput, speed, safety, scalability, and quality across multiple sites.

Deploys and operates classified terrestrial and cloud networks across on-premise, AWS GovCloud, and IL-6+ environments. Responsibilities include routing, switching, boundary protection, segmentation, encrypted communications, STIG implementation, RMF/ATO support, network documentation, and troubleshooting. The role also configures NSA Type 1 cryptographic devices, manages KEYMAT and CCI documentation, and collaborates with security, cloud, and engineering teams. An active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI are required, with occasional travel to government and classified facilities.

Supports supply chain, inventory, procurement, and production material activities for aerospace flight hardware. Responsibilities include picking and kitting parts, receiving inbound goods, operating material-handling equipment, conducting cycle counts and audits, processing outbound freight, maintaining production inventory, following HAZMAT and aerospace regulations, and improving warehouse processes.

Leads and grows a perception AI engineering team building autonomous spacecraft capabilities, including synthetic data generation, multi-target tracking, sensor fusion, camera calibration, object detection, and edge deployment. Provides technical direction, defines validation standards, owns the team roadmap, coordinates cross-functional delivery, manages hiring and development, and ensures reliable performance under spacecraft compute, power, and operational constraints.

Leads operations for an off-site aerospace test facility supporting propulsion, fluids, and structures testing. Manages engineers, technicians, staffing, campaigns, safety, regulatory compliance, facility readiness, maintenance, calibration, vendors, and test equipment. Serves as the on-site decision-maker for people, hardware, schedules, risks, and site readiness while coordinating with engineering, quality, and program management teams.
