Lead and scale a team of People Business Partners to act as trusted advisors to executives. Own and build the manufacturing finance function for spacecraft and payload production. Responsibilities include forecasting, cost structure development, overhead rates, capital planning, procurement governance, production cost tracking, supply chain partnership, pricing support, build-versus-buy analysis, and capacity planning. The role begins as an individual contributor and will grow into team leadership while partnering with manufacturing, operations, FP&A, program finance, and accounting.

Supports the employee lifecycle through onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, benefits and leave inquiries, employee communications, policy maintenance, and multi-state employment compliance. Performs aerospace hardware quality assurance for spacecraft production, including inspections, defect analysis, corrective actions, supplier engagement, audit support, and process improvement. Reviews blueprints and specifications, uses precision measurement tools, monitors manufacturing standards, supports AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance, and applies Lean Manufacturing principles. The role collaborates with engineering, production, mission assurance, suppliers, and customers while developing quality processes and training team members.

Leads the design, analysis, testing, and integration of spacecraft electrical power systems, including solar arrays, batteries, power distribution, converters, protection, and power budgets. Owns architecture trades, modeling, design reviews, radiation and reliability analyses, validation campaigns, EGSE, and environmental testing. Collaborates across engineering teams, develops technical documentation, mentors engineers, and ensures high-reliability power systems meet mission requirements.

Leads systems engineering execution for satellite command-and-control ground systems supporting national defense missions. Owns requirements, verification and validation, system architecture, space-to-ground interfaces, integration, testing, operational readiness, risk mitigation, and sustainment. Coordinates cross-functional teams, mission operations, government stakeholders, and technical review boards while applying MBSE and requirements management processes. The role requires extensive lifecycle leadership of classified aerospace ground systems and eligibility for DoD TS/SCI or TS/SAP clearance.

The Proposal and Capture Strategist leads proposal development for government solicitation processes, managing teams to craft compelling proposals while navigating complex requirements and multiple stakeholders for large contracts.

Owns PMO metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure for aerospace programs. Develops Power BI dashboards, integrates data from multiple systems, standardizes KPIs, produces program reports, performs root-cause and trend analysis, and supports risk mitigation. Establishes data governance, tracks vendor performance, and serves as a liaison across engineering, manufacturing, quality, finance, and operations. Promotes self-service analytics and data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Core Engineering teams building spacecraft, flight software, autonomy, avionics, propulsion, and other space-defense technologies. Source specialized engineering talent, manage candidate pipelines, deliver strong candidate experiences, maintain ATS data, report hiring progress, improve recruiting processes, and represent the company at recruiting events. This is a 3–6 month temporary role based primarily onsite in Centennial, Colorado, with occasional travel.

Serve as in-house legal authority for spacecraft and ground station licensing, managing FCC, NOAA, NTIA, and related applications, renewals, compliance obligations, and regulatory relationships. Translate technical requirements into filings and guidance, monitor regulatory developments, and support contracts, negotiations, and broader corporate legal matters across the company.

Leads end-to-end technical security programs for Application Security and Platform Security, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, operational cadences, intake, resource alignment, risks, and executive reporting. The role manages government contracting officer relationships, monitors contractual risks and obligations, supports DCAA and DCMA interactions, ensures FAR/DFARS compliance, and maintains audit-ready records. The position also contributes to contracting process improvements and provides practical guidance to internal stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community contracts across the full lifecycle, from proposal and negotiation through administration, compliance, audits, and closeout. Responsibilities include advising internal stakeholders, negotiating FAR/DFARS terms, managing modifications and deliverables, coordinating with government contracting officers, supporting claims and audits, maintaining contract records, and improving contracting processes. The role requires independent judgment, direct government interaction, and experience with classified defense contracts.

Processes vendor invoices, matches purchase orders, manages payment runs, reconciles vendor accounts, codes credit card and travel expenses, supports month-end close, and assists with audits. Maintains vendor documentation and accounts payable communications while addressing discrepancies. Requires at least three years of accounts payable experience, accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The hybrid role is based near Centennial, Colorado, with ITAR-related work authorization requirements.

Develop and maintain physics-based space and missile defense models, engagement and mission simulations, and analysis tools using Python and C++. Integrate simulations into SIL, HIL, and distributed environments; perform verification, validation, Monte Carlo studies, and data correlation. Collaborate with engineering and government stakeholders on requirements, testing, and technical recommendations. The role requires aerospace or related experience, knowledge of orbital mechanics or missile trajectories, and eligibility for Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
