We are looking for a Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) Architect to join the Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services (GBS) organization. In this role, you will be part of the Global Salesforce competence center, supporting the Salesforce platform from Pune. You will take end-to-end technical ownership of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities for the Legal & Regulatory (LR) division across Belgium, Netherlands, and LSW markets (5 countries).
You will:- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) solutions aligned with business and platform goals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and reusable Lead to Revenue solutions.
- Design and implement RCA capabilities including product configuration, pricing, subscriptions, and contract lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and SAP.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Pune-based development team.
- Collaborate closely with EU-based architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive adherence to global Salesforce standards, governance, and best practices.
- Support ongoing operations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of RCA capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for standardization across countries and drive platform optimization.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs and integration diagrams.
- Act as the primary technical interface between EU stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
- Lead workshops, design sessions, and architecture reviews with technical and business stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Build strong working relationships across global teams and drive alignment in a distributed delivery model.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and delivery.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ.
- Deep understanding of revenue lifecycle management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (ERP, finance systems, middleware).
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning, APIs, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Experience working in global delivery models (EU–India collaboration).
- Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Architect) preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
