Job Description

As a Lead CX/UX Research Consultant, you will independently conduct advanced user research projects, delivering high-quality insights that drive product development. Your role will have a significant impact on the user experience, as you support team projects and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sophisticated user research studies independently.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence design decisions.
  • Develop and refine tools and methodologies for user research.
  • Advocate for user-centered design within the organization.
  • Present research findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in analyzing complex research data.
  • Longitudinal Research: Ability to conduct and manage long-term studies.
  • Strategic Influence: Skills to influence product strategy through research insights.
  • Ethical Research Practices: Knowledge of ethical standards in user research.
  • Methodology Development: Proficiency in developing new research methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skills to work closely with various teams.
  • Research Leadership: Capability to lead and mentor a research team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Dutch language.
