Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
1. Sales Incentive (VC) Design & Performance Analytics
- Understand business needs, with the capability to translate business requirements into practical SFE solutions.
- Lead BU sales incentive frameworks tied to business KPIs (e.g., revenue, growth, profitability), ensuring motivational alignment with strategic priorities
- Monitor payout effectiveness through ROI metrics, based on market dynamics.
- Develop predictive analytics to forecast VC (regular & SPIFF) outcomes
2. Channel Performance & Policy Management
- Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of IMG channel incentive and commercial policies.
- Partner with channel stakeholders to improve policy adoption and effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support channel growth and performance improvement.
3, Data Governance & Risk Control
- Maintain high-quality documentation, calculation logic, and approval records to support audit requirements.
- Ensure data transparency and traceability throughout investigation processes.
- Identify, escalate and support resolution of operational risks.
4. Process Optimization & Digital Innovation
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to automate sales performance tracking, calculation, and reporting.
- Leverage Power BI, Salesforce, AI and digital tools to drive commercial excellence.
- Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
5. Collaboration & Professional Leadership
- Respond effectively to stakeholder requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channel, HR, Finance, IT and Compliance teams.
- Share best practices and support knowledge management.
- Build influence through expertise, ownership and execution of excellence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years in SFE, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics or related areas
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Power BI, Salesforce or similar platform experience preferred
