Manager, Products and Solutions - Agent Pay & Tokenized eCommerce Solutions
Overview
Mastercard is seeking a commercially driven and solution-oriented Specialist Sales Manager to lead the go-to-market, client engagement, and commercialization of Agent Pay and tokenized eCommerce solutions in China.
This role is responsible for driving business growth by bringing Mastercard's innovative AI-powered and tokenization-based payment capabilities to market, including Agentic Commerce solutions and tokenized eCommerce offerings (e.g., Secure Card-on-File / network tokenization).
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Sales & Commercialization
- Lead end-to-end solution sales of Mastercard's Agent Pay and tokenized eCommerce offerings
- Drive revenue growth, transaction volume, and client adoption
2. Go-to-Market & Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Lead pitches, workshops, and solution demos
3. Tokenized eCommerce & Payment Solution Expansion
- Drive adoption of Secure CoF and network tokenization
- Embed tokenization into checkout and recurring payments
4. AI & Agentic Commerce Solution Selling
- Translate AI and agentic commerce into business opportunities
5. Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Build partnerships with banks, merchants, fintechs
6. Pipeline Management & Deal Execution
- Manage pipeline and close deals
7. Market Feedback & Strategy
- Provide insights to product teams
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or digital commerce.• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, particularly:
o Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)
o AI agents and automation frameworks• Solid understanding of payment technologies, such as:
o Tokenization
o Digital wallets
o Card and account-based payment flows• Proven experience working with cross-functional and international teams.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred• Experience in agentic commerce, conversational commerce, or AI-driven user experiences.• Familiarity with China's payments ecosystem and regulatory environment.• Experience working with banks, acquirers, or large merchants in China.• Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
