Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities for the LATAM P&L, providing actionable insights to support growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making.
  • Own and coordinate the region's financial operating rhythm, including monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual budget planning, strategic planning processes, and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Serve as the primary finance interface between LATAM business leaders, country finance teams, and Global Headquarters, ensuring alignment on financial commitments, forecasting assumptions, business performance, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide financial leadership and analytical support by identifying risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and corrective actions across products, services, countries, and commercial operations.
  • Own the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of financial reporting, dashboards, and performance management tools, leveraging Power BI, automation, and digital technologies to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Drive simplification, productivity, and finance transformation initiatives through the application of advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business insights.
  • Utilize strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and business judgment to influence decisions, support executive leadership, lead cross-functional initiatives, and continuously improve financial processes and organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and business performance management within a complex business environment.
  • Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively partner with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with financial systems, Excel, Power BI, and other business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Spanish proficiency.
  • Demonstrated AI and digital finance acumen, with experience leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business insights and decision-making.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • GE HealthCare Financial Management Program (FMP) graduate or equivalent leadership development program experience.
  • Professional finance certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent.
