Job Posting: Korean/Japanese/Spanish Video Quality Specialist
Location: Onsite in Austin, TX
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 10 AM - 7 PM (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Troubleshoot video/system playback issues and propose short and long-term solutions.
- Respond quickly and decisively to technical issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Identify trends in video/audio issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- 2-4 years of experience working with digital video.
- Bilingual proficiency (Korean/ Japanese / Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of digital video and audio technical issues.
- Passion for the film and TV industry and familiarity with subscription video content services and product offerings.
- Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in identifying and solving video playback issues.
