Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Achieving business goals by managing sales processes with assigned business partners,
• Building long-term business relationships,
• Planning and implementing purchases and resales – full forecasting,
• Planning and expanding product displays in stores,
• Organizing and implementing pro-sales promotions,
• Optimal budget management and systematic budget settlement,
• Market analysis and searching for new development opportunities,
• Close cooperation with sales, product marketing, finance, logistics departments,
• Strengthening relationships in a designated market sector and conducting trade negotiations,
• Indicating and setting directions for business development, supervising processes in the managed area,
• Supply chain management within the area of responsibility (cooperation with the Supply Chain team),
• Cooperation with the field team throughout Poland through regular visits to points of sale
• Sales coordination in the online channel (cooperation with the Online Sales team).
• Regular monitoring of competitors' activities.
Requirement:
• Experience in a similar position in the Telko_Mobile / IT industry min. 3 years,
• Analytical skills: data analysis, drawing conclusions and recommending solutions,
• Market knowledge, including production planning processes, stock management in sales,
• Goal orientation, proactivity and consistency in action,
• Ability to build long-term relationships and communication skills,
• Presentation skills,
• Ability to analyze sales results and present conclusions.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package and knowledge of the SAP system,
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance and flexibility in activities resulting from business dynamics.
• Knowledge of the e-commerce channel and key activities affecting sales results.
• Strong knowledge of English and fluent Polish,
• Willingness to travel on business within Poland,
• Willingness to work hybrid, including stationary work 3 days a week in an office in Warsaw.
