Purpose of the Role:
Drive profitable sales growth by managing strategic partnerships with key retail customers. Act as the primary commercial interface, ensuring company and customer objectives are met through joint business planning and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management:
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners, aligning account strategies with company objectives.Relationship Building:
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers in customer organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial matters.Negotiation & Trade Terms:
Lead annual negotiations on pricing, trade terms, and investment levels to ensure commercially sound agreements.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to deliver tailored assortments, activations, and service levels for each account.Performance Tracking:
Monitor account KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and drive Perfect Store compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management.
Negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, analytical skills, knowledge of revenue management frameworks

Remuneration: 9855 - 13550 PLN gross/month, depending on the level of experience and competencies.
