KOMOJU(コモジュ)は、世界最大級のゲームプラットフォーム「Steam」やECプラットフォーム「Shopify」にも採用されている、DEGICAが提供するオールインワン決済サービスです。直感的に理解しやすい、シンプルかつ統一的なAPIを提供することで、KOMOJUを導入するだけでクレジットカード、コンビニ決済、各種電子マネー、銀行振込、ペイジーなど複数の決済方法の利用を可能にしています。DEGICAは今後も、様々な金融機関、決済ネットワーク、銀行、各種ウォレットと緊密な連携を行うことで、多くの国や地域、通貨、および現地の各種決済方法を選択でき、確実かつ迅速に多くの決済取引の処理を実現可能なものとしていきます。現在、日本と韓国が我々の主要な市場ですが、今後、ヨーロッパをはじめ、世界各国への展開を加速していきます。
役割
DEGICAは決済サービスKOMOJUを運営する日本初のグローバル決済カンパニーです。日本と韓国を現在のビジネス の中核に置き、さらなるKOMOJUの世界展開に向けて、ヨーロッパ、ラテンアメリカをはじめとする世界各国へのサービス展開を進めています。事業拡大に伴い、カスタマーサポート体制の強化を図ることが急務です。今回は新たなチームメンバーを迎え、さらなるカスタマーサクセス＆サポート部門の 強化を図りたいと考えています。
主な業務内容
決済等のサービスを提供する当社にて、審査業務を中心に担当いただきます。

- 申込み申請や申込み審査の対応
- サービスに関するお問い合わせ対応
- パートナー会社との連携 等
◎問合せをくださるのは、販売店様およびエンドユーザー様となります。
◎複数の社内システムを活用しながら対応します。
◎開発チームには外国籍のメンバーも多数在籍しており、語学力も活かせる環境です。
必須要件
- 基本的なビジネスレベルのPCスキル(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
