カスタマーサポートの役割:
- チャット、メール、電話などの方法でお客様と連携し、効果的に問題を解決に導きます
- HubSpot内のさまざまなツールについて、使い方の質問に回答し、お客様をサポートします。(この業務によりHubSpotのソフトウェアに関する深い知識を身につけることができます)
- ソフトウェアの問題を診断し、確立されたプロセスを用いて製品チームやエンジニアリングチームと連携します
- HubSpotソフトウェアを使用するマーケティング担当者、営業担当者、サービス担当者へのサポートとガイダンスの提供をします
- お客様がビジネスを前進させ、成長させるために役立つ、パーソナライズされたソリューションのご提案をします
- カスタマーサクセスや営業チームなどの社内チームと協力し、既存のお客様が当社のプラットフォームやサービスをさらに利用する機会を特定する
- お客様のニーズが変化し、案件の量が増えても、冷静さ、回復力、柔軟性を発揮できることを求めます

If you are joining our Engineering team in a full-time role, you will be required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding.
