Join us as a Junior Transfer Agency Representative!

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Junior Transfer Agency Representative to join our Transfer Agency Team. In this role, you will join highly dedicated team of experts supporting clients and investors across locations covering Europe, Americas, & Asia. Your main responsibilities, under the direction of dedicated Transfer Agency Supervisor, will be day-to-day processing, reporting, and liaising with clients/distributors. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Processing various activities on funds in scope (i.eg. trades, dividends, cash movements, trailer fees or rebates) on a relevant dealing day
  • Assessing documentation provided by investors
  • Updating all interested parties (internally and externally) on trading activity
  • Preparing daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reports within strict deadlines in line with Fund requirements
  • Building and maintaining an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders
  • Cooperating with colleagues from local and abroad BBH offices
  • Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all client related tasks.
  • Communicating professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments.
  • Ensuring adherence to all established procedures and controls (including money laundering prevention, banking secrecy).

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent work experience/internship
  • Strong interest in banking area
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (at least B2 level)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Aptitude for documentation management, accuracy, and organization
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/requests at the same time
  • Adaptable to changes in a fast-pacing environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to identify, escalate and resolve a problem
