What you’ll do
As our new team member, you’ll join a cross-functional team and play a crucial role in identifying client challenges and areas for optimization from a technology perspective.
Your work will include but is not limited to:
Configuring and building solutions on commercial platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Working closely with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys and commercial/service processes, and translating them into clear technical outcomes
Working hands-on with data: migration preparation, data modeling, quality checks, and compliance considerations together with senior colleagues
Using AI tools like Claude to work smarter - from accelerating analysis and documentation to prototyping solutions and exploring what AI can automate in client delivery
Co-facilitating workshops, preparing clear executive materials, and enabling leaders to drive change
Being part of commercial activities by assisting in building presentations and technical demos

Are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or have recently started a relevant master’s degree in fields such as IT, engineering, computer science, data science or similar.
Strive to learn about how technology drives business value, with a particular interest in commercial technologies like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Have strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to structure ideas clearly and turn complexity into clarity
