With 4,400 consultants in Japan, and 3,100 in overseas offices concentrated in Asia, our 7,500 consultants and global alliance partners provide truly comprehensive services.About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Agentic Intelligence Business Unit (AI BU) as Junior Specialists, focusing on designing, implementing and supporting AI agents, robotic process automation, software development concepts, leveraging technology platforms from market leaders such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Xceptor, Microsoft and Prodigy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business analysis, automation development, AI solution development, and production support activities.
- Assist in identifying automation and AI opportunities by understanding business processes and user requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Prepare project and solution documentation including process flows, functional specifications, testing results, and user guides.
- Work closely with team members and stakeholders to support successful implementation of automation and AI solutions.
- Apply best practices in solution development, testing, governance, and support.
- Monitor and support deployed automation and AI solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Support project delivery activities such as progress tracking, issue follow-up, and coordination tasks.
- Assist in developing or integrating supporting components such as APIs, scripts, or web applications where applicable.
- Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic or Institution.
- Strong interest in Automation, AI, and digital technologies.
- Basic programming knowledge or interest in software development is an advantage (e.g. C#, .NET, Python, web applications, APIs, or databases).
- Familiarity with software development concepts such as REST APIs, cloud applications, or system integration is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different project environments.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and multicultural environment.
- Positive attitude, strong integrity, and willingness to take initiative.
- Able to commence full time employment by September 2027
