We are looking for a Junior Research Executive to join our Insights team and support the delivery of high-quality research projects. In this role, you will work closely with project management, research, and domain teams, supporting a France-based team, to ensure smooth project execution from set-up to delivery.
This is an entry-level role that combines learning, collaboration, and hands-on project work. You will receive structured training and ongoing support to build strong foundations in research delivery, analysis, and insight generation while contributing to international projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting the delivery of research projects under the guidance of senior team members
• Assisting with questionnaire setup, updates, and research materials
• Coordinating with internal teams (PM, data processing, fieldwork) to support timelines
• Preparing and checking project materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards and GDPR
• Supporting data validation, basic analysis, and interpretation of results
• Preparing charts, tables, and draft commentary for presentations and outputs
• Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders, including France-based teams
• Learning Kantar research methodologies, tools, and processes through structured training
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or similar preferred)
• Strong interest in market research, insights, and consumer behaviour
• Good analytical skills and comfort working with data (training provided)
• Very good written and verbal English, French is a huge advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Openness to learning and working in a multicultural, international environment

Skills Required
