We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to drive the Continuous Improvement agenda in our organization. This critical role is responsible for coordinating and supporting project owners in performing tasks and activities that drive our continuous improvement (CI) processes and Excellence culture with focus on Transportation processes. You will help with data and collection of best practice, ensure data accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department's KPI scorecards and projects status.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Support and maintain work standards and processes to sustain continuous improvement, transparency and high-performance/excellence culture
- Initiate, support and coach team in Kaizen events, help coordinate activities, conduct/support training, make/support improvements using CI and IL6S tools
- Engage and support team in ZERO loss journey
- Support goals of the Integrated Supply Chain by delivering Cost reductions and building a strong productivity pipeline
- Help with data and best practices collection ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep tracking the department KPI scorecards.
Team Leadership/engagement:
- Support teams in E2E losses identification collect and analyze all information/drivers influencing on losses.
- Helps teams collect data or extract it from the systems to support CI activities and Projects
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and groups' KPI scorecard gaps
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with teams involved in transportation flow processes incl. Plant and DC teams at shipping / destination points as well as other internal and external process stakeholdersl
- Maintain close collaboration with the transport team, utilizing their expertise as subject matter experts
- Track, drive and support on-going initiatives and initiate new projects related to focused areas
- Controls schedule and status of the projects (identification and visualization as well as support and collaboration with project owners in case of running above below the target from cost and time perspective)
- Orchestrating cross-functional teams for successful project execution
- Ongoing searching for opportunities in processes and sharing/discussing with teams
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents
Technology & Innovation:
- Actively use systems/tools for performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture
- Proposing solutions for optimizing systems to ensure standardized (according to Mdlz and Industry-standards), efficient and stable procedures, operations and systems (incl. VFR, ORTEC. RTTV, etc. implementation)
- Identify and propose new technologies and solutions to improve system solutions
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare, align and present regular reports related to productivity agenda (projects, pipelines, best practices and performance) to team and management
- Support team to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on CI topics

Travel requirements:
5% of the time within Europe
