Your responsibilities as Junior Production Manager:You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality products
Understanding the operational processes at a LEAN environment
Learning the detailed way of thinking and loss elimination
Coordination and support of ongoing business and savings projects. Developing technical solutions that meet changing business needs.
Collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functions to find the best solutions

Job Qualifications
You have a degree in engineering or technical manager or any STEM fields (Bsc/Msc).
You are a student, recent graduate, maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar field
Your English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oral
You have strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Characterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility
You like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independently
You are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and manager
You use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level

Our manufacturing site operates 24-hours 7-days per week. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. Shift rotations vary from working a single straight shift to working two or three rotating shifts. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift.
