YOUR MISSION
  • Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Lieferanten, Produktion und Terminen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen On-Time-Performance (OTIF) entlang des gesamten Order-Lifecycles

  • Planung und Optimierung von Transport- und Logistikprozessen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Servicelevel und Termintreue

  • Aktives Kosten- und Performance-Management inklusive Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Umsetzung von Effizienzmaßnahmen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung transparenter Prozesse und Vermeidung von Zielkonflikten

  • Proaktives Risikomanagement sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und KPIs zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Liefersicherheit.

  • Selbstständige, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Lösungsorientierung

  • Ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv und vertrauensvoll mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten

  • Hohe Aufgeschlossenheit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in dynamischen Situationen und bei wechselnden Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, zur Analyse, Aufbereitung und Steuerung relevanter Daten

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld sicherzustellen.

  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
