Job Description
- Assist with tasks related to compensation and benefits.
- Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats.
- Utilize the HRIS system (hSenid) effectively to keep employee records accurate, current, and confidential.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies.
- Support the performance management and review processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, serving as the primary contact for labor legislation matters.
- Facilitate and support the organization of training and development programs.
- Offer assistance to employees on HR-related matters such as leave and compensation, resolving any issues that arise.
- Facilitate to Handling employee grievances.
- Assist in any other HR related matters as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a HR Generalist.
- BSc or any relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant field.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Exposure to payroll would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office applications and HRIS is a must.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
- Available to join on short notice would be an added advantage.
