Collaborate with international cross-functional teams in Agile environments while supporting software integration and CI/CD processes.

Assist senior consultants with IFS ERP implementations for manufacturing clients. Support requirements gathering, configuration, business process analysis, testing, troubleshooting, demonstrations, training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Develop expertise in IFS ERP functionality, manufacturing processes, and process improvement while collaborating with clients, consultants, developers, and project teams.

Designs, develops, and maintains software for IFS products and solutions. Provides technical expertise for IFS implementations, upgrades, configurations, and maintenance. Translates customer business requirements into technology solutions, collaborates with customers and functional consultants, analyzes technology needs, and resolves business issues within agreed service levels.

Lead ERP consulting engagements focused on supply chain processes, including client needs assessment, solution design, IFS ERP configuration, presentations, training, testing, troubleshooting, functional support, and ongoing maintenance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical consultants, finance leaders, and project teams to deliver implementations on schedule and within budget. Continuously build expertise in IFS ERP functionality and best practices.

Lead full-lifecycle IFS ERP implementation projects for manufacturing clients, including planning, configuration, customization, deployment, support, gap analysis, and process improvement. Translate business requirements into ERP solutions, guide project teams and clients, deliver end-user training, mentor consultants, and stay current with IFS features and manufacturing best practices.

Develop and test embedded software for vehicle platforms using C++. Configure and integrate software components, validate and verify system quality, create test cases, debug issues, and ensure hardware-software compatibility. Contribute to Android-based software development within an international Agile environment, collaborating across teams and working in Linux.

The Systems Engineer will install, configure, and manage IFS Apps10 and IFS Cloud, perform Oracle DBA tasks, and improve system performance and security.

Lead UX across the product lifecycle: research, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and usability reviews. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams, apply design thinking, use data and feedback to inform decisions, promote accessibility and UX best practices, and mentor UX designers.
