Junior EDI Integration Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior EDI Integration Analyst to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will support the setup of communication protocols and assist in documenting requirements for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions, especially related to warehousing and supply chain processes. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with strong analytical skills and an interest in data integration and enterprise systems.

What You Will Do:

• Learn and support the configuration of EDI communication protocols (such as SFTP, AS2, FTPS).

• Work with senior analysts to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.

• Assist in creating and maintaining specification documents for development teams.

• Support integration testing by reviewing data formats, validating transaction flows, and troubleshooting errors with guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.

• Participate in training sessions and gain hands-on experience with EDI standards and integration tools.

What You Will Learn:

• Industry EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and others.

• Use of tools such as IBM ITX (WTX), WebSphere MQ, and integration brokers.

• Communication protocols for secure data exchange.

• How enterprise-level integrations work in global supply chains and logistics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.).

• Comfortable working in a technical environment with scripting, SQL, or UNIX/Linux basics.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow structured processes.

Preferred (but not required):

• Internship or academic experience with system integration, business analysis, or supply chain systems.

• Familiarity with EDI, B2B integrations, or ERP systems.
